Data deletion

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time. It's free and you don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email hello@notonlyyou.com with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address you used with us (or the one linked to your Google or Facebook sign-in). Tell us if you also sent us moments, so we can find them.
What we delete
Your account (name, email, profile picture), your emails to us, and any moments you sent, including published anonymised versions if you ask. Visitor counts contain no personal data, so there is nothing linked to you there.
How long it takes
We confirm by email and delete within 30 days, usually much sooner.
"Me too" taps
These live only in your browser. Clear this site's data in your browser settings to remove them.
Facebook and Google
You can also remove Not Only You from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy › Apps and websites) or your Google account (Security › Third-party connections). After that, email us and we delete your account data too.
